3. Library
In this library link, it is explained about the library service time and the entire collection at the Jakarta KITLV library including KTLV Leiden. The KITLV-Jakarta library has a large enough collection of references. Collections cover the fields of humanities and social sciences, such as literature, linguistics, history, politics, social, and other reference materials such as dictionaries. The collection of publications includes general and KITLV publications, both old and new.
All books in the KITLV-Jakarta Library can only be read in the reading room and cannot be borrowed. Our library is located in Erasmus Huis, the Royal Netherlands Embassy.
The library is open every weekday:
Monday - Thursday at 09.00-16.00 Indonesian Western Time
Friday at 09.00-14.00 Indonesian Western Time
Break time is at 12.00-13.00 Indonesian Western Time

In this section of the publication a book cover has been published by KTLV in the last few years. Website visitors can also do a book search in the search field in the top part of the middle.

In galleries and activities containing various photo albums about activities at KTLV, for example exhibitions, seminars, book review and other discussions.

How to keep up with new technology development 'because it is developing so rapidly, there are new ones, and whether the new 10 years into the future can still be applied, it is a challenge but it certainly happens, so inevitably we must also follow the transformation this digital. Therefore, KITLV will digitize more physical form collections into digital format. With metadata from documents or library collections, digital forms can be obtained that can be disseminated and accessed throughout the world community easily.
Digital KITLV library is also something that must be developed because the world community currently has a lot of access to information digitally. Such needs must be facilitated by the library, so that information can be obtained from anywhere and at any time and not limited to location.
