Abstract
This paper talks about the use of ISO 9001: 2000 quality control administration in library settings. The word ISO is from the Greek, which means "equal", and 9001 is the standard identified by the quality record. Implementation of ISO in the library is a procedure with support Requirement of all backing vocals. To implement it you need four steps, it's one. Setting b. Reporting insertion and approving, c. Certifcation. The benefits of using ISO are: first, confidence and develop the library client with an attractive method composed and deliberate quality protection. Second, progress, and aggressive image quality to the world. Third, pay attention to the quality of the library. Fourth, activation and positive changes in terms of cultural values in the formation of libraries
